Air- Fryer Salmon Cakes

Ingredients: – 2 cans (6 ounces each) of wild-caught salmon, drained – 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (you can use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture) – 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper – 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions – 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 egg, beaten – 2 tablespoons mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or your favorite seafood seasoning) – Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped red bell pepper, green onions, minced garlic, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.

1. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. 2. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

1. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. 2. Place the salmon cakes in the greased air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.

Air fry the salmon cakes at 370°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.

1. Once done, remove the salmon cakes from the air fryer and serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a salad or steamed vegetables. Enjoy your delicious and healthy Air Fryer Salmon Cakes!
