Ingredients 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix 1 cup water
¾ cup red wine 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons minced garlic freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions Put the soup mix and the pork tenderloin into a slow cooker. Turn the pork to coat it as you pour the water, wine, and soy sauce over it.
After taking the pork out of the slow cooker, give it ten minutes to rest. Cut into slices and serve with the au jus (cooking liquid) on the side.
