Banana Split Cake Recipe with No Cream Cheese

Ingredients: – 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix – 2 cups cold milk – 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained – 1 cup sliced strawberries – 3-4 bananas, sliced

– 1 box of yellow cake mix – 1/2 cup vegetable oil – 3 eggs – 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) – Whipped cream or whipped topping – Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions, using the eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions. Let it cool completely.

1. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let it set for a few minutes. 2. Once the cake has cooled, spread the prepared pudding over the top.

1. Next, layer the crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, and sliced bananas over the pudding layer. If using nuts, sprinkle them over the fruit. 2. Spread whipped cream or whipped topping over the fruit layer.

Garnish with maraschino cherries and drizzle with chocolate syrup and/or caramel syrup if desired.

1. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. 2. Slice and serve your delicious banana split cake!
