Brownies With Frosting Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter – 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar – 1 cup (100g) unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 4 large eggs

– 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat once melted.

1. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined. 2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

1. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 2. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. 2. Allow the brownies to cool completely before frosting.
