Cheesy Cabbage Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 small head cabbage, shredded 1 onion, finely chopped 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2 In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat. 3 Add chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until softened.

4 In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, drained diced tomatoes, cooked beef, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 5 Transfer the cabbage and beef mixture into a greased casserole dish.

6 Spread sour cream evenly over the top of the mixture. 7 Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream layer.

8 Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. 9 Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
