Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients: – 1/4 cup chia seeds – 1 cup milk (you can use any type of milk: almond milk, coconut milk, cow's milk, etc.) – 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

– 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of your choice (such as maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup) – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) – A pinch of salt

Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined.

1. Add the chia seeds to the mixture and whisk again to combine thoroughly. 2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to individual serving cups.

Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.

Before serving, give the pudding a good stir to redistribute the chia seeds evenly.
