Lemon Olive Oil Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients: – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup granulated sugar – 3 large eggs

For the Glaze: – 1 cup powdered sugar – 2-3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice – Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the granulated sugar and eggs together until pale and fluffy. 2. Slowly pour in the olive oil while continuing to beat the mixture until well combined.
